Diet Bean Soup
Enjoy this healthy and diet bean soup.
Ingredients
- 500 g Bean
- 1 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pcs vegetable broth
- 2 ts vegetable oil
- 1 ts salt and pepper

Prepare the ingredients: soak the beans in water and leave them overnight. Clean and chop the carrot, onion, and garlic.
In a pot, heat the vegetable oil, add onions and garlic, and sauté until golden. Add chopped carrot and beans.
Pour everything with vegetable broth and season with salt and black pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes until the beans are soft.
Serve the finished bean soup warm. Enjoy your meal!
