Traditional Easter roasted lamb, which I bake with children.
Ingredients
- 200 g self-rising flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a lamb-shaped baking mold.
Prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl and knead it until smooth.
Frequently place into the mold. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
Let the lamb cool down and then sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
