Ingredients
Dough
- 350 g self-rising flour
- 200 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 spoon vanilla sugar
- 1 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- pinch salt
Frosting
- 200 g icing sugar
- 1 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- colouring

Directions
Mix the butter, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, egg white and a pinch of salt.
Knead with your hands until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Cover the dough with cling film and leave it to rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 3-4 mm thick and cut out the desired biscuit shape, e.g. princess crowns.
Place the princess crowns on the paper on the tray 1 cm apart.
Line the tray with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes. Leave to cool.
Pour the icing sugar into a small bowl and add the egg white and lemon juice.
Stir well with a spoon until you obtain a smooth cream. If desired, add colouring to one part to use different colours.
Spoon the icing over the biscuits.
In a piping bag, put the desired amount of icing in the desired colour to decorate the biscuit princess crown. Repeat this procedure with all the cookies and enjoy.
