Ingredients
- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 2 tbls of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups of fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Cup of heavy cream
- 1⁄2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
