Easy Fluffy Scrambled Eggs in Microwave
For those who are always in a hurry in the mornings or want to keep the dishwashing to a minimum, scrambled eggs in the microwave are the way to go! This delicious and fluffy microwave scrambled eggs can be ready in under five minutes and it could not be simpler with this easy and quick recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbls of milk
- salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Butter for greasing
- 2 tbls shredded cheese optional
- Fresh herbs for garnish optional

Directions
Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe bowl.
Add the milk, salt and pepper to the eggs.
Beat the mixture until the yolk and whites are fully combined.
Lightly grease the inside of the bowl with butter to prevent the eggs from sticking.
Microwave the bowl on high for 45 seconds.
Stir the eggs and then microwave for another 30-45 seconds or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Sprinkle cheese on top and microwave for another 10-15 seconds until the cheese melts (optional).
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
