Easy Healthy Mango Yogurt Smoothie

This tropical beverage is an excellent way to kick start your mornings or as a terrific afternoon pick-me-up.

  • 1 Cup of unsweetened almond milk (you can swap it for coconut or regular milk) Added to
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (use more if you like it sweeter) Added to

Start by peeling the mangoes and cutting them into chunks. Quick tip: Using ripe mangoes not only makes this process easier, but the smoothie will have a natural sweet and tangy taste.

Add the mango chunks, almond milk, Greek yoghurt, ice cubes, and honey to a high-speed blender. It's worth mentioning, always introduce the liquid ingredients first; this will make blending easier, reducing the risk of overworking your blender.

Blend on high until everything comes together into a creamy consistency. If you find the smoothie too thick, just add more almond milk and blend again. But remember, too much can water down the flavor.

4. Step

Pour into glasses, and your easy mango smoothie is ready to enjoy! Personal note: I always serve it right away, the quality is at its peak when it's freshly made, plus you keep that chill from the ice cubes.
