Ingredients

- 1⁄2 Cup chia seeds

- 11⁄2 tbls pure maple syrup or honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- Fresh fruits and nuts for topping (optional)

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or a large container.
Cover the glasses or container and refrigerate overnight, or at least for 6 hours, until the chia seeds have fully absorbed the liquid and the pudding has thickened.
Stir the pudding well before serving. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk.
