- 200 ml milk
- 1 Pinch salt
- 1 Pinch nutmeg

1. Step
For the egg custard, crack the eggs and put them in a bowl.
2. Step
Add the milk, salt, and nutmeg and whisk everything well.
3. Step
Pour the mixture into a butter-lined mold.
4. Step
Place the mold in a water bath and cook the egg custard at 150 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes in the oven.
5. Step
Check with a stick if the egg custard has set.
6. Step
Let the egg custard cool down a bit before cutting it into cubes and adding it to the soup.
