1. Step
Start by preparing the ingredients. Wash the raspberries.
2. Step
Then mix the mascarpone with the whipped cream and honey. I always add honey to taste, three tablespoons may be too much for someone, so it's better to start with a smaller amount and add as needed.
3. Step
Place the crushed biscuits in the bottom of the glass and put the mascarpone cream on top.
4. Step
Garnish the top of the glass with raspberries and mint leaves.
