Fruit Pie with Whipped Cream
Delicious fruit pie with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.

- 1 a piece vanilla sugar
- 250 g special fine flour
- 1 a piece baking powder
- 1⁄2 l milk

1. Step
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar into a foam.
2. Step
Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder and warm milk to the egg mixture. Mix everything well.
3. Step
Pour the dough into a greased and floured cake pan.
4. Step
Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
5. Step
We serve the cookie with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
