Directions

20 min.
1. Step

Begin by ensuring your fruit is properly washed and prepared. For ease, I recommend buying already-sliced pineapple chunks. No need to peel the grapes, the skin contains many antioxidants. However, strawberries should be hulled and bananas should be peeling and sliced into thick circles.

2. Step

Once your fruit is washed and prepped, start by pushing a strawberry onto the skewer, follow this with a pineapple chunk, then a blueberry, then a grape, and finally a slice of banana.

3. Step

Repeat this pattern until your skewer is filled with fruit. Ensure that you leave enough room at the bottom of the skewer so they can be easily picked up and eaten. Don't push too hard or you might squeeze the fruit.

4. Step

You can add a dip like yogurt or chocolate if you want a sweeter version. Or sprinkle some lemon to add more tanginess.

5. Step

Lastly, cover and refrigerate the fruit skewers until you're ready to serve them. Chill it for at least an hour before serving to keep the fruits fresh and extra enticing.
