Garlic Cream Soup without Potatoes

- 1 head garlic
- 2 pcs onion
- 3 spoons butter
- 500 ml cooking cream
- 11⁄2 l chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt

1. Step
In a small frying pan, melt the butter and add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Saute until softened.
2. Step
Add the dried thyme and sauté for another 2 minutes.
3. Step
Add the chicken broth and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Step
After cooking, we add some cooking cream and blend everything until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Step
We serve the soup hot.
