Ingredients
- 1 orange and zest
- 75 g extra virgin olive oil g dates
- 3 egg
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla powder
- 75 g buckwheat flour
- 75 g gluten free rice or oatmeal flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
In a container, add hot water and soak the pitted dates for 20 minutes.

Wash the orange and grate the zest. Then, cut it into small pieces. Then, add the olive oil, orange and its zest, dates, vanilla essence and the three previously beaten eggs. Mix.

Incorporate the sifted flour, vanilla powder, baking powder and salt. Mix again until all ingredients are integrated. Add a few nuts and plums in small pieces.
