Gluten-free walnut cake
Recipe for a gluten-free nut cake that can be enjoyed even by those who are gluten intolerant.
Ingredients
- 300 g Smooth gluten-free flour
- 200 g ground nuts
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 1 pcs baking powder
- pinch of salt
- Ground cinnamon for flavouring
- confectionery sugar

Directions
First, prepare the dry ingredients. Sift the gluten-free flour, ground nuts, baking powder, a pinch of salt and ground cinnamon into a bowl. Mix all these ingredients well.
In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Then add the eggs one at a time to the cream, mixing well each time. Slowly add the cream thus prepared to the dry ingredients and mix everything together thoroughly. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tin.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. After baking, let the gluten-free nut cake cool and then you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar, cut and serve.
