Grape liquor
Grape liquor is one of my favorite recipes for winter evenings. Its sweet and sour taste, aromatic fragrance and beautiful color remind me of autumn days spent on the grape harvest. Preparing this tincture requires some patience, but the end result is worth it.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Grapes
- 1⁄2 kg sugar
- 1⁄2 litres Vodkas
- 5 pcs cloves
- 2 twigs cinnamon

Directions
Start by washing the grapes thoroughly.
Then we put the grapes into a jar, adding sugar, cloves and cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly until the sugar begins to dissolve.
When the sugar is almost completely dissolved, add vodka. Mix the ingredients until they reach a uniform consistency.
We cover the jar with our mixture and leave it in a dark, cool place for about 3-4 weeks. During this time we stir the tincture several times.
After this time, the liquor is strained through a thick strainer or gauze, removing any remaining fruit and spices.
Pour the liquor into bottles. After bottling, the liquor can be consumed immediately, but I recommend waiting a few more days - the flavor and aroma will be even deeper.
