Healthy Oat Cookies
These crunchy and delicious oat cookies are the perfect accompaniment to your afternoon coffee. They are also incredibly easy and quick to prepare.

- 150 g oat flakes
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Piece egg

Step 1: For the oat cookies, preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2: Melt butter in a pot and let it cool down.
Step 3: Mix the oatmeal, sugar, baking powder, and egg in a large bowl.
Step 4: Add the melted butter to the oatmeal mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 5: Use a spoon to drop small heaps onto the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until they are golden brown.
Step 6: Let the oatmeal cookies cool down completely before serving. Enjoy for breakfast or as a snack in between, especially suitable for children.
