- 1 kg Potatoes
- 100 g onion
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 2 tablespoon whole-wheat flour

1. Step
Grate the potatoes and onion thinly and put them in a large bowl.
2. Step
Add eggs and flour, mix well.
3. Step
Spoon the mixture onto a hot pan coated with a non-stick surface.
4. Step
Fry the pancakes on both sides.
5. Step
When serving, you can use yogurt or low-fat cream for flavor, or possibly green onions.
