Healthy, delicious, and easy to make, Raspberry Bliss Balls are a fantastic go-to for a quick snack or dessert. Vegan, gluten-free and no-bake, these fruity energy bites will satisfy your sweet cravings without the guilt and are ideal for busy people on-the-go.
Ingredients
- 11⁄2 cups of fresh raspberries
- 1 Cup of oats (gluten-free, if preferred)
- 1 Cup of raw almonds
- 1 Cup of pitted dates
- 1⁄2 Cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (for vegans)

Directions
Start by placing the almonds in a food processor and pulse them until they are finely chopped.
Add in the oats, dates, half of the raspberries, chia seeds, and honey or agave syrup. Blend until everything is mixed and you're left with a sticky mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the remaining raspberries gently.
Take a small amount of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat this step with the remaining mixture.
Roll the balls in the shredded coconut, making sure they are thoroughly coated.
Place the balls in a refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
Store your Raspberry Bliss Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
