Healthy Vegan Tofu Tortilla Wrap with Avocado
This tofu wrap with avocado is a delicious, protein-rich meal that's perfect for vegans or anyone looking for a healthy, meatless option. Ingredients
- 200 gms of extra firm tofu
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- A handful of fresh lettuce leaves
- 2 tbls of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Start by pressing the tofu for 15 minutes to extract extra moisture. Then, cut it into thin slices.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu, sprinkle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and cook until it's crispy and golden on both sides. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, slice the avocado, red bell pepper, and cucumber.
To assemble the wrap, place a tortilla on a flat surface. Lay the lettuce leaves in the middle of the tortilla. Top with the cooked tofu, avocado slices, red peppers, and cucumber.
Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to keep the filling inside.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap them in tin foil for a to-go lunch or dinner.
