Hokey Pokey Ice Cream
Hokey Pokey Ice Cream is a classic New Zealand flavor featuring vanilla ice cream with crunchy candy swirled in. It's the perfect treat for a hot summer day or any time you're craving something sweet and satisfying!

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 Cup Hokey Pokey candy

Directions
In a large bowl, mix heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
While the ice cream is churning chop the Hokey Pokey candy into small pieces.
Once the cream is done churning, transfer half of it into a freeze-safe container.
Sprinkle half of the chopped candy over the ice cream and use a spoon to gently swirl in.
Repeat with the remaining ice cream and candy.
Cover the container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight, until ice cream is firm.
