Homemade chocolate liqueur

This liqueur is beautifully thick, has an intense chocolate flavour and is beautifully silky. Moreover, it is perfect as a gift for all those who love sweet and alcohol.

  • 200 ml whipping cream Added to
  • 400 ml vodka Added to
  • 100 g sugar Added to

1. Step

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in the pot. Add whipping cream and sugar. Heat over low heat and stir until the chocolate and sugar are melted.

2. Step

Once the mixture is homogeneous and smooth, remove it from the heat and let it cool. This is very important - if you add alcohol to a warm mixture, the liqueur may turn bitter.

3. Step

Once the mixture is cooled, add the vodka and mix thoroughly. Slice a vanilla pod in the vodka and add to the liqueur.

4. Step

Pour the pre-made liqueur into bottles with caps and store in a dark and cool place.
