Homemade Creamy Raspberry White Chocolate Dessert
This Raspberry White Chocolate dessert offers a delightful mix of tart raspberries and sweet, creamy white chocolate in an easy-to-make dish. Perfect for any occasion, from BBQs to dinner parties or just as a mid-week treat!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh raspberries
- 200 gms of white chocolate
- 1 Cup of heavy cream
- 1⁄2 Cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Directions
Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Stir until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Gradually fold in the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until well combined.
Next, fold in the fresh raspberries, making sure to leave some for garnish.
Spoon the mixture into serving glasses or bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Garnish with remaining raspberries and mint leaves before serving.
