- 1 sachet dry yeast

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the yeast. Mix and add the water a little at a time.

Knead by hand until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.

Shape into a ball and leave to rise for 2 hours.

Work the dough again and form the bread shape by making 3 folds. Place the dough in the baking tin and leave to rise for about 30 minutes.
