Ingredients
- 110 g almond flour
- 8 g agar agar
- 1 egg
- 15 ml water
- 1⁄2 spoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 spoon salt

Mix the almond flour, agar agar, salt and baking powder.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a fork until a homogeneous dough is formed. Cover the dough with cling film/transparent paper and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Remove the cling film and divide the mixture into 4 portions. Place each ball between two pieces of greaseproof paper and roll out with a rolling pin.

Remove the top paper and place a bowl or round shape on top of the dough. Remove the excess dough and then remove the bowl.

Slowly peel the tortilla off the butter paper. Repeat until all the dough is used.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the tortillas for one minute. Turn and cook 5 seconds more and remove.
