- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1⁄4 Cup of plain yogurt
- 1⁄4 Cup of warm milk
- 1⁄4 Cup of warm water
- 1⁄4 Cup of melted butter

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, sugar, and salt.
Mix the ingredients well and make a well in the center of the dry mixture.
Pour plain yogurt, warm milk, warm water, and melted butter into the well.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until they form a dough.
Knead the dough for about 10-12 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Cover the bowl with a damp kitchen towel and let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
After an hour, punch down the dough and divide it.
Roll each portion into an oval shape about 1/4 inch thick.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for about 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven. Once hot, put the naan in oven for 5-7 minutes.
Remove the naan from the oven and brush them with melted butter.
Serve the naan with your favorite curry or sauce.
