Homemade Strawberry Kissel
Sweet, aromatic and full of natural taste - homemade strawberry kissel is a perfect dessert for any time of the year. Prepared with real fruits, without preservatives and artificial additives, it tastes heavenly and impresses on any table.

- 500 g fresh strawberries
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g potato starch
- 1 glass water

Prepare the strawberries: wash them, remove the stalks, then cut them into smaller pieces.
In a large skillet, place the strawberries with sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the strawberries begin to release their juice.
In a small bowl, mix the starch with water until smooth. Add it to the pan with strawberries, stirring continuously.
Reduce the heat to low and cook until thickened, which can take up to 5 minutes.
Set the prepared jelly aside to cool, and then serve - alone or with whipped cream. Enjoy!
