Honey Biscuits
These sweet, flavorful biscuits are an ideal treat for tea time or as a dessert. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, they're made with honey, offering a unique and delicious taste.

Directions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add in the butter and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the vanilla extract and honey.
Knead the dough until it comes together, then roll it out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/2 inch thickness.
Cut out biscuits using a round biscuit or cookie cutter and place them on your prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
