How to make Best Easy Cloud Bread

Begin by preheating the oven to 300°F (150°C). Place baking parchment on a large baking tray in preparation.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place them in different bowls. In the bowl with the egg yolks, add cream cheese and honey. Mix until it achieves a smooth consistency.
To the egg whites, add Cream of Tartar and a pinch of Salt. Beat the mixture until it forms stiff peaks. This is ideally done with an electric mixer.
Gradually fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Ensure you don't break the fluffy texture of the egg whites when stirring.
Scoop some of the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet then spread into a round shape, repeating this step until all the mixture is used. Remember that cloud bread expands a little during baking, so make sure there's enough space between each round.
Bake in the preheated oven for around 30 minutes, until golden.
