How to make Chocolate Rum Balls
Rum balls are a truffle-like confectionery cake of cookie butter flavored with chocolate and rum. They are roughly the size of a golf ball and often coated in chocolate sprinkles, desiccated coconut, or powdered sugar. These tasty treats are a holiday favorite but be warned, they pack a punch!

- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Cup ground nuts
- 2 tablespoon dark rum

- 100 g chocolate sprinkles

Directions
Crush the vanilla cookies into a fine crumb using a food processor, then pour into a large mixing bowl.
Add the powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and ground nuts to the mixing bowl with the cookie crumbs and mix well.
Pour in the dark rum and honey, and mix again until you have a homogeneous dough.
Start shaping the dough into balls, the size of a golf ball. Make sure to press the dough firmly so the balls are dense and hold their shape.
Roll each ball in the chocolate sprinkles until they're completely coated.
Place the balls into a container with a lid, then store them in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving. Your rum balls are now ready to enjoy!
