1. Step

In a bowl, mix the butter with the chocolate. Heat in the microwave, at short intervals, until it melts and you obtain a smooth, shiny and homogeneous cream.

2. Step

Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt. Pour the chocolate over the flour and stir with a silicone spatula.

3. Step

Meanwhile, beat the eggs, add the sugar and continue beating. The mixture will be whitish and fluffy. Combine with the previous mixture, beating with the whisk to break up any lumps.

4. Step

Put the batter into the greased baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

5. Step

Once cool, cut 16 triangles with a sharp knife. Place all the pieces on parchment paper and pipe over the brownie Christmas trees with the melted chocolate.

6. Step

Decorate with green icing and sprinkle with coloured noodles. Put a redcurrant on the top of each one and, if desired, stick a wooden stick in the shape of pops. Enjoy!
