- 2 zucchini
- salt
- 2 potato

- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 50 g Parmesan cheese

In a bowl, add the grated zucchini and add salt. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes.

Remove water from the zucchini. Add the grated potatoes.
