- 50 g flour
- 50 g butter
- 800 g fresh whole milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
- 2 teaspoon dehydrated onion
- nutmeg
- salt
- pepper
- 300 g cheddar cheese
- 100 g Parmesan cheese

Prepare cream cheese, grate Parmesan, and cut cheddar into strips.

Boil pasta until al dente in salted water (pot version) or 50% of cooking time (oven version).

In a frying pan, melt butter and add mustard powder, dehydrated onion, and paprika.

Mix in the flour to form a roux on low heat. Then, slowly add heated milk, stirring continuously for a creamy mixture.

Drain pasta and add to the pan with cream cheese (pot version), or add half-cooked pasta to cream cheese (oven version). Mix well and add more cheese for desired thickness.
