How to make Quick Creamy Chia Seed Pudding
This delicious, healthy, and easy-to-make chia seed pudding is perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a snack. It will keep you full for hours, as chia seeds are packed with fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and high-quality protein. Best of all, it can be made ahead, stored in the fridge and stays good for 5 days.
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 Cup of chia seeds
- 1 Cup of Milk (Can be Almond, Soy or Regular milk)
- 11⁄2 tbls of Maple syrup or Honey for sweetness
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of Vanilla extract (optional)
- pinch of salt
- Fresh fruits and nuts for topping

Directions
In a bowl or mason jar, mix together chia seeds, milk, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Once the ingredients are mixed well, let it sit for 5 minutes, then mix again to avoid any clumping of chia seeds.
Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and a pudding-like consistency will be achieved.
Once set, stir the pudding well before serving. If it’s too thick, add more milk to achieve the desired consistency.
Top with your favorite fruits and nuts and enjoy!
