- 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 25 ml Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 6 peppermint leaves
- 60 ml club soda

Tear and clap the mint leaves to release the oils
2. Step
Add the mint to a hi-ball glass
3. Step
Add the white rum, fresh lime and sugar syrup
4. Step
Fill the hi-ball with ice
