Italian Sauteed Lemon Garlic Cheese Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 500 gms store-bought gnocchi
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tbls of olive oil
- Juice and zest of two lemons
- salt and pepper to taste
- A handful of chopped fresh parsley
- parmesan cheese for serving

Follow the package instructions to cook the gnocchi. Set aside.
In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic cloves and sauté until it turns golden brown.
Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan. Cook until the pieces are golden brown and crispy.
Add the lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper. Toss the gnocchi until its well coated with the mixture.
Turn off the heat. Sprinkle the gnocchi with the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
