Marzipan Cake
This is a luxurious cake that will enchant every lover of chocolate and marzipan.

- 200 g self-rising flour
- 150 g sugar
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 5 tablespoon oil
Chocolate cream
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 1 pcs vanilla pudding
- 150 g butter
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 400 ml milk
Marzipan
- 300 g Marzipan

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease and flour a cake tin.
For the dough, whisk the eggs with sugar until frothy. Then gradually add the flour and baking powder and oil. Mix until you have a smooth dough.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake for about 30 minutes, or until cooked. Check the baking with a skewer.
Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate cream. Cook the vanilla pudding with sugar in milk.
Melt the chocolate and mix it into the pudding.
Let the pudding cool down while occasionally stirring, and then mix in room temperature butter.
Cut the cake into 2 halves after baking and spread with cream.
Roll out the marzipan on a board that we sprinkled with powdered sugar to the size of the cake and cover the cake with it.
Decorate the cake according to your own imagination and let it set in the fridge before serving.
