Mascarpone Cream for Cake

- 200 g confectionery sugar
- 2 pcs vanilla sugar
- 400 ml sweet cream

1. Step
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.
2. Step
In the second mission, we whip the sweet cream until stiff.

Gently mix the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
