Minced biscuit cake without baking

I'm offering you a fairly simple dessert, a rich, creamy and extremely delicious mince cake, no baking required. I have made it several times, so I am happy to share my experiences with you. The result is always great - and the family loves it!

Directions

30 min.
1. Step

First, the butter is melted. I always do this over a slow fire so it doesn't burn. Then let it cool a bit.

2. Step

In a large bowl, mix together the biscuit mix, icing sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, melted butter and milk.

3. Step

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the paste is uniformly moist and homogeneous. If it seems too dry, feel free to add a little more milk. If it's too soft, add a little more crushed crackers.

4. Step

Press the mixture into a cake tin, smoothing the top. I use the back of a spoon to achieve this.

5. Step

Now you can add the chocolate coating or the chocolate shavings. For the former, melt the chocolate and drizzle it over the cake.

6. Step

Once ready, refrigerate the cake and leave it in the fridge until the chocolate frosting has set and the cake is firm enough to set, best left overnight.

7. Step

Finally, you just have to take it out of the fridge, slice it and serve it.
