- 3 a piece egg

- 1 glass semi-coarse flour
- 1 Cup oil
- 1 Cup cocoa
- 1 baking soda
- 30 g Chopped hot chocolate
- Strong chilled coffee

Combine all ingredients except coffee and whisk for at least a minute (by hand is fine). Pour into a paper-lined mold and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Immediately after baking, drizzle with cold coffee. After cooling, decorate with coffee cream. Prepare it by cooking pudding in a small pot - 250 ml of milk, 40 g of Golden Grain, 2 tablespoons of instant coffee. Whip 200 g of butter and gradually add the cooled pudding. Transfer it into a pastry bag, spread it on the base and sprinkle with cocoa.
