  • 750 g sour cream Added to
  • 500 g Smooth curd cheese Added to
  • 200 g white yogurt Added to
  • 2 packaging vanilla sugar Added to
  • 60 g confectionery sugar Added to

Orange glaze

  • 500 ml orange juice Added to

1. Step

Mix all the ingredients into the cream. Chop the canned oranges into smaller pieces. At the bottom of the pan, spread round biscuits. Pour over them with juice from the can and apply a layer of cream. Around the edge, we place long biscuits. Apply another layer of biscuits on the cream. Half of the oranges are placed on them, followed by another part of cream. Again, we stack biscuits, the second half of oranges. Spread the remaining cream on top. Put it in the fridge.

2. Step

In a bit of juice (approx. 150ml) we dissolve golden wheat. Together with honey and the remaining juice, pour into a pot and cook while stirring until thickened. Let it cool slightly. Then we pour it onto the prepared cake and leave it to set in the fridge ideally overnight.
