- 6 boiled potatoes
- salt
- ground black pepper
- paprika
- ground garlic
- coriander
- 2 tablespoon self-rising flour
- 1 large onion
- 350 g chicken breast
- turmeric
- cooking cream
- cream cheese
- grated cheese

Directions
Smash the potatoes.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic. Stir
Add the coriander and the flour. Stir again until the ingredients are integrated.
In a frying pan, add a dash of oil. Fry the diced onion and chicken.
Add the turmeric and coriander. Stir and cook until the chicken is golden brown.
Add the cooking cream and the cheese cream. Stir.
Remove from heat. Then, in a muffin thin, spoon the mixture and shape little baskets.
Spoon the chicken filling mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200ºC.
