Oat biscuits without flour
These flourless oatmeal cookies are my favorite recipe that I have adapted to my own. The cookies are great for healthy snacking and contain no regular flour.
Ingredients
- 2 mugs Oatmeal
- 3 a piece ripe bananas
- 1⁄2 mug chopped nuts
- 1⁄2 spoons cinnamon
- 1⁄4 spoons Salts
- 1⁄4 mug With
- 1⁄4 mug vegetable oil

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. It is very important to use the prepared baking sheet so that the biscuits do not burn.
Put the oatmeal in a bowl. Here I recommend using fine oatmeal, which will give the cookies a better texture.
Add chopped nuts, cinnamon, salt, honey and oil and mix thoroughly.
Mash the bananas with a fork and add to the mixture. Don't be afraid to use really ripe bananas here - the riper the bananas, the sweeter the cookies.
Mix everything thoroughly to combine the ingredients and form a dough.
Divide the dough on the baking sheet into 15 pieces and shape into cookies. I usually use an ice cream scoop here to make the cookies the same size.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until the cookies are golden. Once out of the oven, let them rest on the baking sheet for a few minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
