Directions
Combine the crushed biscuits with melted butter and milk and press evenly into a 22 cm diameter mold. I only used the dark part.
We mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, a bit of vanilla extract, and melted white chocolate into the cream.
Especially with a mixer, we whip the whipped cream. If necessary, you can add 1 stabilizer. (I omitted it). We then combine the whipped cream with the first batch and gently mix in 150 g of ground oreo biscuits. Instead of ground ones, you can use whole ones, which you break into smaller pieces. It will look nicer when slicing the cake.
Apply the ready-made cream on the body and decorate it as you like. I used a combination of ground and whole biscuits.
Let it set in the cold for a few hours.
