Ingredients
Oreo
- 150 g Oreo cookies
- 1 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
- 20 g butter
Stuffing
- 250 g mascarpone
- 200 g soft cottage cheese
- 100 ml sour cream
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 100 g Oreo cookies
- a pinch vanilla
- a pinch agar agar
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoon confectionery sugar
- a pinch salt
Ganache
- 100 g Belgian milk chocolate
- 50 ml whipped cream
- Oreo cookies

Directions
Stir melted butter with blended oreo. Add the egg white and vanilla syrup. Bake the crust for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Prepare the cream by mixing mascarpone with cottage cheese, sour cream and coconut milk.
Carefully, add the crushed oreo, vanilla, salt and egg.
Sift the flour with the agar and sugar. Pour the prepared cream onto a baking pan and place it into the pre-baked cake.
Bake for 55 minutes at 150°C and set aside. Prepare the ganache to pour on the baked cake and enjoy!
