Pasta with Brussels Sprouts
A hearty and healthy pasta with Brussels sprouts and Parmesan cheese. This dish is easy to prepare and perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

- 500 g Pasta of your choice
Brussels sprouts
- 400 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper
For serving
- 100 g Grated parmesan

1. Step
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Make sure it is al dente.
2. Step
While the pasta is cooking, halve the Brussels sprouts and sauté them in a pan with olive oil until they are soft and browned. Season them with salt and black pepper.
3. Step
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan. Mix it well with the Brussels sprouts and cover it with grated Parmesan.
4. Step
Serve the pasta immediately and enjoy or let it taste good!
