Pasta with cheese sauce and vegetables
This recipe for pasta with cheese sauce and vegetables is great not only for vegetarians, but also for all those who want to eat healthy and tasty.
Ingredients
- 400 g pasta
- 300 g Various vegetables (e.g. peas, peppers, tomatoes)
- 200 g cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- Salt, pepper
- oil

Directions
Cook the pasta al dente in salted water according to the package instructions.
Clean the vegetables, cut them into smaller pieces and salt them. In a frying pan, fry the vegetables in oil until soft.
Drain the pasta after cooking and let it drain. Then add them to the pan with the vegetables.
Grate the cheese and add to the pan with the pasta and vegetables. Let it melt, stirring constantly. Squeeze the garlic and add to the pan. Stir everything thoroughly and season to taste.
Serve warm. When serving, you can sprinkle the dish with cheese, fresh herbs, chives or roasted seeds for extra flavour.
