Pasta with gorgonzola
Quick recipe for pasta with gorgonzola. The exceptional taste of gorgonzola brings a specific flavour to this dish.
Ingredients
- 320 g Pasta fettuccine
- 200 g gorgonzola
- 250 ml cooking cream
- 2 spoons butter
- Salt and black pepper
- grated parmesan

In a saucepan, boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. The pasta should be al dente, i.e. medium cooked.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in another saucepan, add the gorgonzola cut into small cubes and let it melt over a low heat.
When the cheese has melted, add the cooking cream and stir everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the sauce from the heat and add the cooked and drained pasta, stir well to combine the sauce nicely with the pasta.
Serve the fettuccine pasta with grated parmesan cheese.
