Pasta with gorgonzola

In a saucepan, boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. The pasta should be al dente, i.e. medium cooked.

2. Step

Meanwhile, melt the butter in another saucepan, add the gorgonzola cut into small cubes and let it melt over a low heat.

3. Step

When the cheese has melted, add the cooking cream and stir everything together. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Step

Remove the sauce from the heat and add the cooked and drained pasta, stir well to combine the sauce nicely with the pasta.
