Peach Cake with Chocolate and Crumble
A simple cake for the weekend. Fruits, chocolate and crumble.

Basket
- 4 a piece egg
- 120 g brown sugar
- 100 g white yogurt
- 200 g special fine flour
- 1⁄2 packages baking soda
Other ingredients
- 1⁄2 kg peach
- 60 g Hot chocolate
Crumble
- 60 g oat flakes
- 40 g blanched almonds
- 20 g brown sugar
- 20 g softened butter

1. Step
Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy. Whip for about 10 minutes. Whisk in the white yogurt. Then sift the flour with the baking powder and mix a smooth dough. Pour the dough onto a baking tray greased with oil and dusted with flour. Cut the peaches into smaller pieces and chop the chocolate finely. Distribute the peaches on top of the dough and sprinkle with pieces of chocolate.
2. Step
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the crumble and sprinkle it over the top of the cake. Bake the prepared cake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
