Pear Cookies
Easy-peasy recipe for tasty cookies that will disappear in no time.
Ingredients
- 1 Finely grated pear
- 30 g Crushed cashew nuts
- 50 g Scrambled oat flakes

Mix all ingredients together (bowl + whisk).
Then I 'spooned' the dough through a biscuit cutter (No problem, just make mounds or patties. I wanted 🧡, so I played with them a little bit).
Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for approx 20-25min at 170°. Let it cool down.
Tools:
1. You can use any nuts. (Just be careful if they have been in your kids' diet for some time!)
2. I put raisins on top, but for older children, it can calmly be chopped nuts, chocolate, M&M's.. As you like. 😉
3. Those who want can sweeten the biscuit. In this case, it was not necessary as the pear was quite sweet in itself.
