Perfect chocolate souffle
Chocolate souffle is a great dessert that's easy to make and guaranteed to be loved by all. It's also worth trying the recipe with different chocolates to find the flavour combination that suits you best.

- 120 g dark chocolate
- 120 g butter
- 2 full egg
- 2 Egg yolk
- 120 g confectionery sugar
- 40 g flour

Directions
First I preheat the oven to 200 degrees. This step is very important because you need the right temperature to make the soufflé.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan over a slow heat, melt the butter and chocolate. Be careful not to burn the chocolate!
I stir the butter and chocolate frequently while melting to get a smooth, even mass.
When it's ready, I let it cool a little, then I add the eggs and egg yolks, and finally the sugar and flour. I mix it all together thoroughly.
I pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake them in the oven for about 12-15 minutes.
Serve fresh, warm, sprinkled with icing sugar. This step gives the chocolate soufflé its final shape and texture.
